Gigi’s Uncle Gianni, a new member to our Cast of Characters, was gracious enough to come visit us and help with yard work and garage reorganization. He had to move Don’s truck to create a bigger entrance into the garage for my car. With Don’s help for about 20 minutes, things were looking up real quick. Don then urgently needed to go take a nap.
Gianni and I kept working on projects in the garage and in the yard while Don naps. Roughly 2 hours later, Don wakes up and I fix him lunch. Gianni shows up in the kitchen announcing he’s headed to the local fish market and the beach.
Don: It would be nice if somebody would fill my truck with gas. Everybody is using my truck and nobody bothers to donate gas.
Gianni: I couldn’t find the button to lower the window?
Don: What window?
Gianni: In your truck.
Don: Why do you need to lower the window?
Gianni: I was just curious where is the handle to roll down the window?
Don: Oh, yeah, that. That’s in Kristy’s car.
Note to Self: Guy Code: When in doubt or don’t know the answer, throw the female monkeywrench on the table. End of discussion and no more questions.
